Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time from your billing settings. Upgrades take effect immediately and are prorated; downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing period so you keep the features you paid for.
Every paid plan starts with a 14-day free trial. You get the full Growth plan feature set during the trial, including AI assistant queries, all connectors, and unlimited reports. No credit card is required to start.
On day 13 of your trial we send a reminder email. If you have not added a payment method, your workspace moves to a read-only state. You keep access to your data but cannot run new syncs or queries. You can add a payment method or export your data at any time. We never auto-bill without your explicit consent.

Yes. We have a standard DPA available for download on our Privacy page, and we are happy to sign customer-provided DPAs on Scale and Enterprise plans. The Ryze standard DPA covers GDPR, KSA PDPL, and UAE PDPL.
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex) via Stripe. Annual plans on Growth and above can also be paid by bank transfer or wire. Enterprise customers can be invoiced from our Saudi entity (SAR) or UAE entity (AED).
If you cancel within the first 30 days of a paid subscription, we will refund the unused portion in full. After 30 days, we do not refund partial periods, but you keep access through the end of the period you paid for.
Yes. Ryze Group FZ-LLC operates from Dubai, UAE and can issue VAT-compliant invoices in AED. For Saudi customers, our partner entity in Riyadh issues SAR-denominated tax invoices that comply with ZATCA e-invoicing requirements. Mention this to your sales contact at signup.
